Japanese Basic Cooking Classes for helper or anybody who wants to learn! (Thursday Class)
About the class
Why not let your helper learn the basic Japanese cuisine technique for you to have more healthy Japanese cuisine at home? It is important to know the basic knowledge of Japanese food if anybody wants to start to cook Japanese food. After 4 times of the lessons, your helper can cook Japanese food to your table!
Though, the class is designed for the helpers, we'll welcome anybody who'd like to join us!
-Basic 1 (15th Dec): Perfect way to steam the Japanese rice and making dashi(Japanese soup stock) plus one dessert menu. A guide how to utilize the dashi to the cuisine such as Tamagoyaki(Japanese Style Omelet) + Tapioca Mochi.
-Basic 2(22nd Dec): Absolute way to grill the fish and nimono(stewed dishes, Nikujyaga) plus Matcha Muffin.
-Basic 3(29th Dec): Yummy way to fry pork (tonkatsu) or chicken. Plus Chawanmushi plus one Kinako Cookie.
-Basic 4(5th Jan) : Right way to make Sushi (makizushi) roll and aemono(vegetables with dressing) plus one dessert menu.

There will be no refund unless the event itself is cancelled.
